Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and NyraAI Healthcare Technologies (“NyraAI,” “we,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the website at www.nyraai.io, the hospital finder, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services you confirm that you (a) are at least 18 years old, (b) have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and (c) have the authority to bind any organisation on whose behalf you act. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

NyraAI provides an AI-powered platform to help users discover hospitals, browse specialists, request appointments, and access related healthcare information across India. The Services include the website, hospital directory, blog, and any future features we release.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid features.

The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information available through the Services — including hospital listings, specialty descriptions, blog content, and AI-generated text — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical condition. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (in India, dial 112) or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Services.

Some features may require you to provide contact details or create an account. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current information, (b) keep your credentials confidential, and (c) be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us at hello@nyraai.io immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, except as expressly permitted by law.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or any related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including by sending excessive automated requests, malware, or denial-of-service traffic.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the Services to harvest personal data of others or to send unsolicited commercial communications.

We may suspend or terminate access for any actual or suspected breach of this section.

Hospital and clinic information is provided by partner institutions and public sources. While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or quality of any specific provider.

When you submit an appointment request, we forward your details to the selected provider. The actual appointment is between you and that provider. NyraAI is not a party to the patient-provider relationship and bears no responsibility for the clinical services rendered.

Where the Services include paid features, payment is processed by third-party processors governed by their own terms. By making a payment you authorise the processor to charge the method you select. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds, if any, are subject to the policy applicable to the specific transaction and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, code, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to NyraAI and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly permitted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If you submit content (e.g., comments, reviews, enquiries), you grant NyraAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and promote the Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that the content does not violate any law or third-party right.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their terms and policies.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NyraAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that any information will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NyraAI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) INR 5,000.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NyraAI from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Services, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or if continued provision becomes commercially impracticable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection law, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before initiating proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Effective” date. Material changes will be communicated by prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NyraAI regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreement.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
