  • How fast does support respond?

    We aim to respond within one business day (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM IST). Critical booking issues are prioritised and typically resolved the same day.

  • Can NyraAI cancel or reschedule my hospital appointment?

    No. NyraAI helps you discover and request appointments, but the booking itself is between you and the hospital. Contact the hospital directly for changes — we're happy to share their direct line if you can't find it.

  • How do I request access to or deletion of my personal data?

    Email privacy@nyraai.io with the subject 'Data Request'. We respond within 30 days as required under the DPDP Act 2023.

  • Is there a phone number I can call?

    Yes — +91 93816 91889, Mon–Sat 9 AM–7 PM IST. Outside hours, email gets the fastest reply.
